Nursery Educator Apprenticeship

About the role

Join KINDERGARTEN FOREST HILL LTD as a Nursery Educator Apprentice and work towards an Advanced Diploma in Early Years. This 14-month apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a childcare setting, supporting children aged 0-5. You will be involved in creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment, teaching within EYFS requirements, and participating in various indoor and outdoor activities. Key responsibilities include supporting children's self-care needs, communicating effectively with team members and parents, and liaising with external customers. This role requires dedication, commitment, and punctuality. Upon successful completion, you can progress to a Level 3 Practitioner role with potential for a full-time position, or explore opportunities such as Room Leader, management training, or even a springboard into primary education or paediatric nursing.

Entry requirements

• GCSE Maths & English Grade 4 or Functional Skills Maths & English Level 2. Essential skills include communication, IT, attention to detail, organization, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, administration, numerical, analytical, logical thinking, teamwork, creativity, initiative, being non-judgmental, patience, and physical fitness.
