About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a Nursery Nurse, working with children aged 0-5. You will be responsible for creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment, teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, and participating in a variety of indoor and outdoor activities. Key duties include supporting children's self-care needs, communicating effectively with team members and parents, and ensuring high service standards for the childcare setting. You will also assist in developing the childcare provision, providing stimulating activities, and adhering to safeguarding regulations. This role requires you to be a team player, be creative, enthusiastic, and possess excellent communication, IT, attention to detail, and organizational skills. GCSE Maths & English at C/4 or above, or Functional Skills Level 2, are essential, alongside strong problem-solving and customer care abilities.
