About the role
This is an Early Years Specialist Apprenticeship opportunity at 1ST PLACE CHILDREN & PARENT'S CENTRE in LONDON. You will be working towards an Advanced Diploma in Early Years, gaining practical experience with children aged 0-5. The apprenticeship involves creating engaging environments, teaching within EYFS requirements, and supporting children's development and self-care needs. You'll also communicate with colleagues and parents, and liaise with external customers. The role requires dedication, commitment, and punctuality. Successful completion may lead to a Level 3 practitioner role, with potential for a full-time position, Room Leader roles, management training, or further progression into primary education or paediatric nursing. Essential requirements include Maths & English at GCSE grade C/4 or above, or Level 2 Functional Skills. Key skills include communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, and teamwork.
