About the role

Cube Technology is seeking an eager candidate for an IT Support Technician Apprentice role. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in a growing, award-winning managed IT services provider. The apprentice will gain valuable skills and knowledge by completing a Level 3 Azure Cloud Support Specialist program. Responsibilities include providing first-line IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with device setup, and supporting users with various IT needs. The role involves working with public and private cloud services and network infrastructures. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a desire to learn new technologies, and previous IT-related work experience. Entry requirements include 3 GCSEs at grades 4+ and Maths/English at grades 3+.

Entry requirements

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject, GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above). Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject.
