About the role

SW Global are looking for a Digital Support Apprentice to join their growing team in a fast-paced office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career, with a strong track record of apprentices progressing within the company. The role involves becoming a super user of the SWGR WorkSafe platform, providing user administration, and acting as a first responder to incoming enquiries. You will also use digital systems to process timesheet information, maintain operational databases, produce reports, and create/manage business documents using Microsoft Office and Adobe software. Successful candidates will have a willingness to learn, ability to work independently and as part of a team, good timekeeping, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 9am - 5pm, and Friday, 9am - 3:45pm, with benefits including parking and an early finish on Fridays. This apprenticeship is supported by a dedicated QA skills coach and a workplace mentor, ensuring comprehensive development and alignment with qualifications.
