About the role
Minster Law Limited is seeking a Digital Support Apprentice to join their growing team. This role involves handling initial client calls, onboarding new clients, and setting up their cases within the personal injury claims sector. The apprentice will become proficient in using the Case Management System (CMS) and Microsoft Excel, managing client details, and maintaining up-to-date information. Responsibilities include responding to claim referrals, accurately recording data, conducting chaser calls to various parties, and collaborating digitally with colleagues. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail. Upon successful completion, there is potential to progress into roles such as Claims Handler.
