About the role
Dyson Perrins Church of England Academy is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant Apprentice to support students' learning, development, and well-being. This role involves working alongside teachers, assisting with student supervision, promoting positive behaviour, and contributing to a safe learning environment. The apprentice will gain practical experience and work towards a recognised Level 3 qualification in Teaching Assistance. The training will be provided in the workplace with monthly support from a vocational coach, a blend of theory and practical experience, and preparation for an End Point Assessment. Potential career progression includes a Level 5 Specialist Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship in SEND.
