As an ICT Apprentice, you’ll gain real-world experience while developing the skills you need to build a career in technology. Duties include travelling to clients to deliver quality ICT support, providing information and guidance on ICT matters, carrying out fault-finding and problem solving, managing security, storage and backup of systems, routine IT maintenance, and disaster recovery and network maintenance. A full UK driving licence and your own car are essential due to the nature of the role.
