About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for an Apprentice Parts Advisor at Ford & Slater, a leading DAF Trucks dealership. You will receive paid training, hands-on experience, and a Level 2 qualification. The role involves safely storing and organising parts, receiving and processing stock deliveries, handling customer orders and payments, using computer systems, identifying and ordering parts, and assisting with customer enquiries. Travel and accommodation to the DAF Academy are covered. Upon completion, there is potential to progress to a Level 3 qualification and a full-time career within the automotive industry.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, administrative, and teamwork skills are essential.
