About the role

Become an Apprentice Parts Advisor with Ford & Slater, a leading DAF Trucks dealership. This role offers paid training, hands-on experience, and a Level 2 qualification. You'll learn essential skills in a fast-paced parts department, including safe storage and organisation of parts, handling stock deliveries, processing customer orders, using computer systems, sourcing parts, and assisting customers. Travel and accommodation to the DAF Academy are covered. This is an excellent first step into customer service with potential to progress to a Level 3 qualification.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above, along with strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, administrative, and team working skills.
