About the role

Join BUSINESSMOVERS.TECH LIMITED as an IT Support Apprentice and kickstart your career in IT. This Level 3 apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in providing first-line support, troubleshooting hardware and software, assisting with installations, and maintaining IT/AV systems. You will develop valuable skills in networking, Microsoft technologies, Teams Rooms, and customer service.

Key responsibilities include responding to IT support requests, logging and resolving technical issues, assisting with hardware and software setup, and troubleshooting AV equipment like Teams Rooms, video conferencing systems, and displays. You'll also gain exposure to networking infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, LAN, routers, switches, and firewalls. The role involves assisting with customer installations, equipment preparation, and onsite support, ensuring systems function correctly before handover. Maintenance and security tasks will also be part of your duties.
