About the role
Join our nursery as an apprentice in Finchley and embark on a rewarding career in Early Years education. This role involves promoting positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring the health and safety of children, and supporting their development and learning. You will act as a key person for a small group of children, building strong relationships with them and their families. The apprenticeship will focus on extending children's learning and educational outcomes through organised and engaging activities. If you don't meet the desirable GCSE qualifications, First Rung can provide support with training and work experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, with potential for further training and employment upon completion.
