About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to join CUBE TECHNOLOGY IT SERVICES LTD as an IT Support Technician Apprentice. You will gain hands-on experience in various IT support areas, including public and private cloud services, network infrastructures, and end-user troubleshooting. The role involves providing first-line IT support, managing support tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues (including Microsoft 365), assisting with user account administration, and escalating complex technical problems. You will also be involved in device setup, configuration, and deployment, as well as supporting Microsoft Windows environments. Excellent customer service skills are essential, and you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation. This apprenticeship is part of a Level 3 IT qualification, with opportunities for future career progression within the company.

Entry requirements

  • GCSEs in Maths & English (grade 3 or above) and 3 other subjects (grade 4 or above). Strong communication and IT skills, and the ability to work in a team are essential.
