About the role
This apprenticeship is ideal for someone with some prior knowledge and experience within a nursery or school setting and especially someone passionate in childcare and early years, looking to further their career. You will gain a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. Duties include supporting the development of childcare provision, assisting in meeting OFSTED requirements, providing stimulating activities for children, undertaking first aid training, and preparing food. The role requires good communication, organisation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Upon completion, there is potential for a permanent position, and opportunities for career progression into roles such as Room Leader or further study in Primary Education or Paediatric nursing.
