Childcare Apprenticeship – Level 3 Early Years Educator (WM)

About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a nursery or school setting and further your career in childcare. You will be responsible for providing engaging activities that promote learning and fun for children, supporting their development through planning and observation, and preparing the learning environment. Key duties include preparing meals, supporting children's self-help needs, and adhering to safeguarding, health, and hygiene standards. The role requires creativity, enthusiasm, patience, and good communication and organizational skills. Upon completion, you will achieve a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and have the potential for a permanent position, with further career progression into roles such as social work, teaching, or management.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Essential skills include communication, organisation, problem-solving, teamwork, creativity, initiative, patience, and being non-judgemental.
