About the role
This apprenticeship as a Customer Service Parts Advisor at CROWN GARAGE SERVICE CENTRE LIMITED in BRISTOL offers a fantastic opportunity to become the face of the company and enhance customer experiences. You will work closely with customers, providing expert advice to help them improve or fix their vehicles. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs accurately, locating and issuing parts, inspecting for quality, and maintaining high service standards. You will also be trained in receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming parts, as well as packaging materials for dispatch. This is a customer-facing role with a focus on sales opportunities and gaining in-depth product knowledge.
