About the role
This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals with some prior experience in a nursery or school setting who are passionate about childcare and early years education and wish to advance their careers.
Key duties include providing engaging activities that foster learning and fun for children, supporting their development through planning and observations, preparing and maintaining the learning environment and resources, preparing meals for children, assisting with children's self-help needs, and demonstrating creativity and enthusiasm.
The role also involves adhering to safeguarding rules, undertaking first aid training as required, staying updated on relevant legal requirements and standards, and consistently maintaining health and hygiene standards.

- GCSE or equivalent Maths and English (Grade 4/C L2), IT skills, Attention to detail, Problem solving skills, Logical thinking, Team working, Creativity, Initiative, Patience.
