You will observe and support children's learning linked to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), meticulously recording their progress, achievements, meals, and any administered medication. The role emphasizes meeting individual children's needs, considering disabilities, cultural backgrounds, and medical histories. You will also maintain high nursery standards and support with food service, accommodating special dietary requirements. Upon completion, there are potential progression routes to Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner, EYITT, ECT, or Level 3 Early Years SENCO, opening doors to diverse employment settings within the early years sector.
