About the role
An Apprentice Early Years Educator is required at Mini Bees Nursery to gain an Early Years Educator Level 3 qualification. The successful candidate will be involved in organising resources for activities and experiences, supporting the daily care, learning, and development of children in a safe and nurturing environment. This role requires a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a love for working with children. Duties include assisting in enhancing developmental progress, implementing the daily routine, maintaining cleanliness, and understanding nursery policies. Desired skills include attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, analytical thinking, teamwork, creativity, initiative, being non-judgemental, and patience. GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4/C are desired. Successful candidates will also need to pass a DBS check and provide references. Upon completion of the qualification, there is a possibility of ongoing employment.
