Are you a college leaver passionate about working with children and eager to start a rewarding career in childcare? Swift Childcare is offering an exciting opportunity to earn while you learn and gain a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprentice qualification!
Duties include supporting children's learning and development in a nursery or childcare setting, engaging children in fun and educational activities, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment, assisting with daily routines such as meals, nap times, and outdoor play, observing and recording children's progress, and working closely with a team of experienced childcare professionals.
This apprenticeship offers a clear career progression path to becoming a Qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, or Nursery Room Leader.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above. Excellent communication, organisation, problem-solving, teamwork, initiative, and patience are essential.
