About the role
This Level 5 Early Years Lead Apprenticeship offers an exciting opportunity to develop into a Deputy Manager while working in a professional early years setting. You will gain hands-on leadership experience, support day-to-day nursery operations, and help deliver high-quality care and education for children. As a Trainee Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the leadership and day-to-day running of the nursery while completing your qualification. Duties include supporting the Deputy Manager and Manager, leading rooms to ensure high-quality teaching and care, mentoring staff, ensuring safeguarding and health and safety, planning and implementing the early years curriculum, building relationships with parents, contributing to continuous improvement, and supporting compliance processes. You will also complete all apprenticeship training and coursework.
