About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to train as an Early Years Specialist at Puddle Jumpers Ltd, a nursery located in the charming streets of Wapping, London. You will be responsible for creating a fun, engaging, and safe environment for children aged 0-5, teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements. The role involves participating in a range of indoor and outdoor activities, supporting children with self-care needs, and communicating effectively with colleagues and parents. You will also liaise with external customers and provide a high level of service. The apprenticeship includes online training for the first 8 weeks, with the rest of the time spent gaining practical experience in the nursery under the guidance of a dedicated childcare assessor. Upon successful completion, there's potential for a full-time position and career progression into roles such as Room Leader or management training, with opportunities to develop into a Level 3 educator.
