Early Years Educator Apprenticeship (E)

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to become an Early Years Educator Apprentice at PUDDLE JUMPERS LTD. You will be responsible for creating a fun, engaging, and safe environment for children aged 0-5, teaching within the EYFS framework. Key duties include participating in a range of indoor and outdoor activities, supporting children with self-care needs, communicating effectively with team members and parents, and liaising with external customers. The apprenticeship will involve online training for the first 8 weeks, with the rest of the time spent working in the nursery under the guidance of a dedicated childcare assessor. Upon successful completion, there is potential for a full-time position and further career progression into roles such as Room Leader, management training, or even pursuing a path into primary education, paediatric nursing, or continuous development within the nursery setting.

Entry requirements

• GCSE Maths & English: C/4 or above. Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Team working, Creative, Initiative, Non judgemental, Patience.
