About the role

FRANKLINS SOLICITORS LLP is seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Apprentice to join their team in Milton Keynes. This role offers hands-on experience in providing first-line IT support to staff across multiple offices and remote working environments. The apprentice will be involved in assisting users with hardware and software issues, setting up new starters, managing IT requests, and maintaining IT documentation. Key responsibilities include user assistance for desktops, laptops, printers, Microsoft 365, and firm-approved applications, as well as supporting meeting room technology and video conferencing equipment. The apprentice will also learn and follow IT processes, contribute to knowledge base articles, and assist with IT projects and system rollouts. Entry requirements

  • GCSE English at grade 4/C or above, GCSE Math at grade 4/C or above. Desired: GCSE ICT at grade 4/C or above. Strong communication, IT, customer care, and problem-solving skills are essential.
