About the role

Khaira Pharmacy is seeking a Customer Service Assistant Apprentice to join their team at 6 High Street, West Bromwich. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in front-of-house duties, including working on the counter, interacting with patients and customers, issuing prescriptions, and handling queries and complaints. The role also involves contacting doctors, managing calls and emails, till work, and stock checks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, IT, and customer care skills, with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational abilities. This is a Level 2 apprenticeship, providing practical training within the pharmacy environment. Successful candidates will work towards a Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard and may undertake functional skills in maths and English if required.
