About the role
Kiddywinks Nursery is seeking an enthusiastic and caring Childcare Apprentice to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain a nationally recognised Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification while working alongside experienced practitioners in a supportive childcare setting. The role involves supporting the planning and delivery of engaging activities, assisting in providing high-quality care for children, building positive relationships, encouraging independence through play-based learning, and promoting children's wellbeing, health, and safety. The apprentice will follow nursery policies and procedures, communicate with parents and carers, and work collaboratively as part of the nursery team. An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework will be developed and applied. There is a possibility of being offered a full-time role upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
