About the role
The CRM Database Executive apprenticeship at Snows Motor Group offers a fantastic opportunity to work within the DMS team at head office. This role involves analyzing and reporting on customer data to understand growth, identify risks and opportunities, and optimize the customer journey. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the DMS database, fulfilling data extract requests for marketing campaigns, and assisting with automated customer journeys. Additionally, you'll act as a point of contact for the database, assist staff in its usage, and support the DMS Helpdesk. This apprenticeship leads to a Level 3 Data Technician qualification.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above. Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organization, customer care, numeracy, analytical, and logical skills are essential.
