About the role

SF Taylor, an award-winning print management company with 100 years of experience, is offering an excellent opportunity for an Apprentice Print Finisher in Stockport. As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience and comprehensive training in all aspects of print finishing equipment, including guillotines, folders, collators, drills, numbering, and stitching, under the guidance of a skilled and friendly team. This role is ideal for individuals with good communication, IT, and organizational skills, who are detail-oriented, motivated, and eager to learn. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for a full-time position, depending on business needs. The apprenticeship leads to a Level 2 Print Operative Apprenticeship Standard qualification.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Strong communication skills, IT skills, attention to detail, organization skills, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, logical thinking, teamwork, initiative, quick learner, motivated, and a positive attitude.
