About the role
Hayley Dexis, a leading independent distributor of engineering products, is looking for a Customer Service Apprentice at their Bradford branch. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience across trade counter, sales, and warehouse operations. You will gain valuable skills in delivering excellent customer service and building a strong foundation for your career. The role involves rotating through various departments to understand product knowledge, customer support, order fulfilment, and logistics. Upon successful completion, there is potential to progress into a Customer Service or Internal Sales role within the group.
Entry requirements
- GCSEs at grade 4 in Maths, English and any other subjects. Desired soft skills include communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, team working, and initiative.
