About the role
Hayley Group is seeking a motivated HR Data & Systems Apprentice to join their dynamic HR team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a keen interest in technology, data analysis, and HR systems to develop a career in people analytics and digital transformation. The apprentice will be responsible for maintaining and improving HR systems and processes, creating workflows, forms, and automated tasks, and analyzing HR data to ensure accurate record-keeping. They will also support payroll, onboarding, and employee administration, provide HR systems support, and assist with HR projects and platform rollouts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, IT, analytical, and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and a capacity for teamwork.
