About the role
PROPERGEEKS LIMITED is seeking an ICT Apprentice to join their small team of IT engineers and hardware salespeople in Wallasey. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac devices, diagnosing and repairing them, and communicating with domestic and business customers. The apprentice will also be involved in sales of retail hardware stock, computer accessories, and printer ink. Full on and off-site training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have a natural aptitude for IT, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and good customer care skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, operating system installation, basic networking, file systems, data security, and internet/network security is beneficial. Experience with PC hardware and laptop disassembly is a plus.
