About the role

Are you looking to gain experience and start a career in Early Years care and education? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Apprentice to join our team at Little Miss Muffet's Day Nursery. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain practical hands-on experience in a nursery setting while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

Key Responsibilities include providing care and learning opportunities for children, helping to plan and deliver engaging learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, and supporting practitioners in observing and assessing children's learning and development. You will also ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children, work closely with colleagues to contribute to a positive learning environment, and build secure relationships with parents and carers, offering regular feedback on children's progress.

Entry requirements

• GCSE Maths and English at grade 4 or above. Essential skills include communication, organisation, problem-solving, teamwork, creativity, initiative, being non-judgemental, patient, and reliable with a willingness to learn.
