About the role
The role of a Nursery Apprentice is to work alongside the management team to provide a high level of professional care and educational enrichment to all children in the setting.
Duties include supporting educators in delivering the curriculum, working towards an early years qualification, assisting with child development for ages 0-5, planning and supporting play opportunities, ensuring safeguarding, observing and assessing learning progress, maintaining a positive learning environment, building relationships with parents, adhering to setting policies, attending team meetings and training, and ensuring health and safety standards.
Upon completion, there's an opportunity to study for the Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner course, and the employer guarantees full-time permanent employment.
