STARLIGHTKIDS CHILDMINDING SERVICES LTD is offering a fantastic opportunity for an Early Years Apprenticeship in Manchester. This Level 3 apprenticeship will provide aspiring individuals with the chance to gain a qualification and hands-on experience in childcare. Responsibilities include creating meaningful relationships with children, parents, and the team, ensuring a safe and thriving environment, and safeguarding all children. The apprentice will observe, monitor, and support activities linked to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), assess and record children's progress, and meet individual children's needs, including those with disabilities or specific medical histories. The role also involves maintaining high standards within the nursery and supporting with meal times, catering to dietary requirements. Upon completion, there may be opportunities to progress to higher-level qualifications such as Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner, EYITT, ECT, or Level 3 Early Years SENCO, opening up a wide range of career paths in various early years settings.
