About the role

Total Group International is seeking an IT Apprentice to provide exceptional remote and onsite support to their customers. Responsibilities include hardware and software support and installations, managing change requests, ticket progression, and escalating issues when necessary. The ideal candidate will have ITIL knowledge, an understanding of various IT technologies, Office 365 and Windows support experience, and proven customer-facing experience. A clean driving licence and own car are essential. Desirable experience includes ITIL v4 Foundation, specific IT tools, and firewall experience. Entry requirements are 3 GCSEs at grades 4+ and Maths/English GCSEs at grades 3+. This is an excellent opportunity to gain skills and earn while learning, with 90% of QA apprentices securing permanent employment.

Entry requirements

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject, GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above). Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level.
