About the role
Bank Hall Kindergarten Ltd is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join their team as a Level 3 Early Years Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised qualification in Early Years Education. The role involves maintaining accurate records, contributing to observations and assessments, and upholding safeguarding, health & safety, and equality policies. The apprentice will support the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, and ensure the safety and well-being of all children in their care. The position is based in Preston and offers a path to become a qualified Level 3 Practitioner.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent. Strong communication, attention to detail, customer care, problem-solving, teamwork, creativity, and patience are essential.
