About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become an AI Support & Productivity Technician with OPENDA LTD. You will gain hands-on experience in providing digital application support, investigating and resolving technical issues, and contributing to the continuous improvement of software solutions. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing new features, supporting internally developed applications, monitoring error logs, and performing thorough testing of changes. You will also be involved in customer support, assisting users with the QX ERP system, and providing guidance on its effective use. The role emphasizes clear communication with both customers and colleagues, and requires an understanding of database structures and data security policies. You will learn to analyze support data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above.
