About the role
An opportunity to continue your early years childcare path at Rainbows Nursery. We are seeking an apprentice who ideally holds a full and relevant Level 2 early years qualification or has some experience within the sector and wishes to progress to a Level 3 qualification. As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience, develop new skills, and work alongside experienced staff. Your duties will include assisting in delivering high-quality childcare, building effective relationships with children, parents, and team members, ensuring each child's individual needs are met, and working towards apprenticeship standards provided by Juniper Training. You will also complete a range of bespoke childcare courses and training sessions to ensure the highest quality childcare practice.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Desired: A Level / Early Years / level 2. Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Team working, Creative, Initiative, Patience.
