About the role
Early Years Educators work with and care for children from birth to 5 years, playing a crucial role in their development and early education. As an Early Years specialist, you will help close the gap and increase life chances for the children you work with.
Duties include planning, monitoring, and evaluating activities for children aged birth to five, ensuring their safeguarding and welfare at all times. You will also build positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and external professionals. This role is within a small, welcoming nursery that aims to provide a happy, stimulating, and caring environment for children to reach their full potential and be prepared for school.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English C/4, GCSE Maths C/4, T Level Level 3 Early Years Educator pass. Essential skills include communication, organisation, teamwork, creativity, and patience.
