About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to become an Early Years Lead Practitioner at Monkey Puzzle, part of an award-winning nursery group. The role focuses on providing high-level professional leadership and management to playroom staff, ensuring children receive the highest standards of care and education. Key responsibilities include overseeing the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, safeguarding procedures, child observations and assessments, and maintaining health and safety standards. The position requires strong knowledge of child development and the current Early Years Inspection Framework. As a Lead Practitioner, you will work towards a Level 5 qualification, contributing to the holistic development of children through innovative training and a supportive team environment. This role offers a path to permanent employment upon successful completion.
