About the role

Immersive IT is seeking a motivated individual to join their growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) team as a Network Engineer Apprentice. This role offers 2nd Line IT support, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. You will administer and support Microsoft 365 services, manage Windows Server environments, and diagnose network connectivity problems. The apprenticeship involves deploying and supporting Windows 11 devices and mobile devices, managing incidents via Autotask PSA, and assisting with IT infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows Server technologies, and excellent communication skills. Entry requirements

  • A-Level in ICT OR International Baccalaureate at Level 3 ICT OR Level 3 apprenticeship in a similar subject OR BTEC Extended Diploma in IT (180 credits). International equivalents are accepted with official documentation.
