About the role

BROUSSA DAY NURSERY LIMITED is offering an exciting opportunity for an Early Years Apprentice to join their team in Altrincham. This apprenticeship, in partnership with Elmscot Group, provides comprehensive training and an in-house mentor to support your development. You will play a key role in ensuring young children learn, develop, and are kept healthy and safe within an 'in the moment' learning environment that encourages play-based development. Duties include supporting the daily routine and care of children, interacting with them to foster learning, preparing resources, setting up activities, undertaking housekeeping, and electronic record keeping. Upon completion, you will achieve a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and a Paediatric First Aid Award, with the potential for a qualified practitioner role and career progression within the company.

• Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Problem solving skills, Presentation skills, Administrative skills, Number skills, Analytical skills, Logical, Team working, Creative, Initiative, Non judgemental, Patience, Caring. Passing Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Functional Skills if required.
