About the role
This is an opportunity to join the Elmscot Group as an Early Years Apprentice. You will gain a national apprenticeship qualification, supported by in-house mentors and training. The role involves supporting young children's learning and development through play-based activities and assisting with the daily routines of the nursery. Duties include interacting with children, preparing resources, setting up activities, maintaining cleanliness, and electronic record-keeping for child development observations. The apprenticeship aims to develop strong relationships with children, staff, and families. A DBS check is required, along with GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4 or above, or equivalent Functional Skills.
