About the role
Join STAR BRIGHT DAY NURSERY LIMITED as a Nursery Educator Apprentice in Romford. You will work towards an Advanced Diploma in Early Years, supporting children aged 0-5. This 14-month apprenticeship involves creating a safe and engaging environment, teaching within EYFS requirements, and supporting children's self-care needs. You'll also communicate with parents and staff. Essential requirements include GCSE Maths & English at C/4 or above, or Level 2 Functional Skills. Key skills needed are communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, and teamwork. You will attend online training one day a week for the first 8 weeks and gain practical experience within the nursery. Successful completion offers opportunities for career progression, including Room Leader positions and potential management training.
