Early Years Educator Apprenticeship

About the role

BRIGHT GEMS NURSERY LTD is offering a Childcare Apprenticeship, providing a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an early years setting. This apprenticeship is designed to train you to become a qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator. You will be responsible for creating a fun, engaging, and safe environment for children aged 0-5, teaching within EYFS requirements, and participating in a range of indoor and outdoor activities. Key duties include supporting children with self-care needs, communicating effectively with team members and parents, and providing a high level of service to external customers. The role requires strong communication, IT, and organizational skills, along with patience and a non-judgemental attitude. Successful completion of the apprenticeship can lead to a Level 3 practitioner role, with potential for career progression into positions like Room Leader or management training. You will work towards an Advanced Diploma in Early Years, with a blend of on-the-job training and one day a week online training for the first 8 weeks.

Entry requirements

• GCSE Maths & English: C/4 or above, Functional Skills Maths & English: Level 2, Strong communication, IT, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
