About the role

This apprenticeship at BRIGHT GEMS NURSERY LTD is for a Childcare Level 3 qualification. The role involves acting as a key person to a group of children, building relationships with parents/carers, and ensuring each child's needs are met. Responsibilities include working in partnership with parents, advising the manager of any concerns regarding child well-being or safety, teaching children through stimulating play, and ensuring child safety procedures are followed. The apprentice will also participate in team meetings, training, and personal development. The nursery offers a nurturing environment with spacious rooms and an outdoor garden designed for learning and exploration. Upon completion, there is potential for a permanent position.
