About the role

An exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Level 3 Early Years Educator at Funky Owls Nursery Ltd in Greater London. This role, in partnership with Parenta Training, offers a chance to develop a career in childcare while supporting children aged 0-5. You will learn to support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework, plan and deliver engaging activities, and complete observations and assessments. The apprenticeship emphasizes supporting children's personal, social, and emotional development, promoting positive behaviour, and working collaboratively with colleagues and families. Safeguarding, child protection, and confidentiality are paramount. The apprenticeship includes a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and paediatric first aid training. Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths (Pass). Desired: GCSE Early Years Practitioner (Pass). Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organization, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, administrative, numerical, analytical, logical, teamwork, creative, initiative, non-judgemental, and patience skills are essential.
