About the role
An exciting opportunity to start or continue your childcare career with Parenta Training, working within a welcoming early years setting. Gain hands-on experience supporting children aged 0-5 whilst working towards a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification and developing valuable skills for a rewarding career. Duties include supporting children's learning and development, assisting in creating a safe and stimulating environment, supporting children's care routines, building positive relationships, observing children's progress, promoting equality and inclusion, and following safeguarding procedures. The role requires communication skills, attention to detail, organisation skills, customer care skills, problem-solving skills, and teamwork. Successful apprentices may progress to Level 3.
