About the role
An exciting opportunity to continue your childcare career with Parenta Training, working within a supportive early years setting at CasaNatura BC. You will develop your knowledge and skills whilst working towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and supporting children aged 0-5 to learn, develop and thrive. Duties include supporting children's learning and development, planning and delivering engaging activities, completing observations, supporting children's personal, social and emotional development, promoting positive behaviour and inclusive practice, working closely with colleagues and families, ensuring the health, safety and well-being of children, and following safeguarding procedures. This role requires a genuine passion for working with children and commitment to completing the apprenticeship.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English Pass, GCSE Maths Pass. Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, administrative, analytical, logical, teamwork, creative, initiative, non-judgemental, and patience skills.
