About the role

An exciting opportunity to continue your childcare career with Parenta Training, working within a supportive early years setting. Develop your knowledge and skills whilst working towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and supporting children aged 0-5 to learn, develop and thrive.

Duties include supporting children's learning and development, planning and delivering engaging activities, completing observations, supporting personal, social and emotional development, promoting positive behaviour and inclusive practice, working closely with colleagues and families, ensuring the health, safety and well-being of children, and following safeguarding procedures. The role requires strong communication and attention to detail skills, with a genuine passion for working with children.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English (Pass), GCSE Maths (Pass), Desired: GCSE Early Years Practitioner (Pass). Strong communication skills, attention to detail, customer care skills, problem-solving skills, number skills, logical thinking, teamwork, creativity, initiative, non-judgmental attitude, and patience are essential.
